3. Cleaning the bearings of the vertical shaft crusher

(1. Wipe the oil and dust on the surface of the bearing body with oil cloth or paper towel

(2. Soak the bearing body in citric acid solution. The soaking time should not be too long. When cleaning the bearing, try to avoid direct contact with water to avoid corrosion of the bearing

(3. After standing for 5-10 minutes, take the bearing out of the citric acid solution and clean it in running water

(4. Use detergent or gasoline to clean the bearing seal cover

4. Install the vertical shaft crusher bearing

(1. Apply an appropriate amount of grease to the bearing body

(2. When installing the bearing seal cover, ensure that the O-ring of the seal cover is in the correct position. Do not force it in or stretch it open, otherwise it will cause oil leakage and affect the normal operation of the bearing.

(3. After installing the bearing seal cover, place the bearing body in the vertical shaft crusher bracket and fix it

(4. Reinstall the rotor and screen, and install the feed pipe and top cover

(5. Start the vertical shaft crusher and pay attention to whether there is any abnormal sound and vibration at the bearing
