It is suitable for crushing metals with low hardness, such as scrap aluminum, scrap copper, oil filter, etc.

(2) Different applicable materials

The jaw crusher has a wider range of applications in terms of applicable materials, and is suitable for crushing various materials with a compressive strength not exceeding 350MPa. Hammer crusher is mainly suitable for crushing materials with a compressive strength not exceeding 200MPa and materials with a moisture content of less than 15%.

(3) Different feeding and discharging particle sizes

The main characteristics of jaw crusher products in feeding and discharging are that the feeding particle size range is between 125-1200mm, and the discharging particle size range is between 10-300mm. It is mainly used for coarse crushing of materials. (1) Look at the hardness of the material: For large hard rock crushing, choose a jaw crusher. For large medium-hard stone crushing, choose a jaw crusher or a heavy hammer crusher.
