Principle:

Xingaonai multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher operates on the lamination principle. The motor rotates through the pulley transmission, and the transmission shaft and a pair of bevel gears drive the eccentric rotation. The crushing cone shaft moves eccentrically, so that the crushing wall surface sometimes approaches and sometimes leaves the crushing wall surface, so that the ore is continuously squeezed and crushed in the crushing chamber. The locking protection cylinder part consists of several locking protection cylinders, iron protection accumulators, buffer accumulator groups and pipelines. Maintenance:

1. Check the vulnerable parts regularly, and pay attention to whether there is wear inside the machine. If there are parts that are worn to a certain extent, they should be replaced in time.

2. Replace the lubricating oil regularly. The lubricating oil is very helpful for the operation and life of the equipment. Generally, it should be replaced every 3 months. When replacing the lubricating oil, the dirt inside the bearing and the bearing seat should be cleaned.

3. Check the quality of the hydraulic oil regularly to prevent water splashing or dust and fiber debris from entering. Too many impurities in the hydraulic oil will not only affect the quality of the product, but also damage some easily worn parts.

4. Keep the inside of the machine dry and clean. After each working day, wipe the surface of the equipment with a clean cloth on the outside of the equipment.

5. Regularly check whether the fasteners of various parts of the machine are loose, the degree of wear, whether there are cracks, etc., and adjust them in place.

Troubleshooting:

1. If the equipment cannot be started normally, check whether the power distribution line in the distribution box is normal and whether the switch is damaged.

2. Check whether there are foreign objects in the crushing chamber before starting to ensure that the equipment can operate normally.

3. If there are abnormal noises, vibrations or hot hydraulic oil during operation, the hydraulic system should be inspected and repaired.
