Option 2: Jaw crusher + cone crusher + impact sand making machine

The granite sand making production line can be configured with an hourly output of 10-2000 tons. The cone crusher is more suitable for crushing stones with a hardness like granite. It relies on the laminated crushing method to crush the stones that fall into the crushing chamber in layers. The entire machine is configured automatically. The production system and protection device help reduce machine wear during the crushing of high-hardness stones, and are more suitable for large-scale ore field operations and can operate for a long time.

Option 3: Coarse jaw crusher + fine jaw crusher + impact sand making machine + sand washing machine

The granite sand making production line can be configured with an hourly output of 10-1000 tons. It has a coarse jaw crusher and a fine jaw crusher configured as a crusher. The crushed stone needs to be washed by an impact sand making machine or a sand washing machine. , the cleaned granite machine-made sand has good quality and clear particle size, which is suitable for the production needs of the sand and gravel industry that has high requirements and certain restrictions on machine-made sand.
