Case Introduction

The project is located in Tuoyaoling Town, Tonghua City, Jilin Province. It is an ordinary mine crushing project, mainly producing construction aggregates below 3 cm. At present, the equipment of the project has been installed and is about to enter the trial operation stage. In order to effectively reduce the investment cost of customers, we have designed a production plan for users based on their production needs, site, discharging and other conditions. The main machine uses a heavy hammer crusher that can be crushed and formed in one time, replacing the jaw crusher + impact crusher. While ensuring efficient crushing, it can also simplify the process and save investment costs. First, the limestone raw materials are evenly fed into the XGN-Z series 1512 heavy hammer crusher through the raw material warehouse under the action of the ZGCX series 1238 vibrating feeder for shaping and crushing, and then transported to the 4YKQ series 3070 vibrating screen for screening by the belt conveyor. Aggregates that meet the finished product specifications go directly into the finished product area, and stones larger than the finished product specifications are returned for crushing again, and finally the sand and gravel products of different specifications required by users are obtained, including: 0-5-10-20-30mm.
