Case Introduction
The project is located in Qidong County, Hengyang City. The raw materials are limestone and construction waste. The user's demand is to build two production lines, one for the production of four conventional materials and one for the production of water-stable materials. Referring to the user's needs, we designed two production lines according to their site and terrain and provided the equipment required for the production lines. The layout is smooth and simple, and the number of equipment and belt conveyors is greatly reduced. One of the lines is composed of Xin Gaonai ZGCX series 1038 feeder + XGN-Z series 1310 hammer crusher + 4YKZ series 2470 screen, with 5-10, 10-20, 20-30mm, and an hourly output of 200 tons; the other production line uses Xin Gaonai Heavy Industry ZGCX series 1550 feeder + XGN-Z series 1615 hammer crusher, which produces water-stable materials and an hourly output of 600 tons.
