PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The bucket wheel sand washing machine developed by our group, combined with the actual situation of the sand and gravel industry and long-term experience, can be widely used in the washing, grading, and impurity removal of materials，it can effectively improve the quality of the finished sand, and is the preferred equipment in the wet processing process of artificial sand making.

Internal Structure

It is mainly composed of trough, motor, impeller, reducer, shaft, sand washing pool, feeding port, sand outlet and other parts.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Sandstone enters the sand washing pond from the feed groove, The motor drives the leaf rotation slowly circularly periodic rotation through the belt drive reducer, driven by the impeller, the material particles are rolling and grinding each other, the soil and impurities attached to the surface were washed away from the overflow plate, the cleaning material is driven by the impeller, after the rise, it is unloaded and entered into the material tank to complete the cleaning.
