PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The new pulse bag filter improved by Xin Gao Nai Group retains the advantages of high purification efficiency, large gas processing capacity, and long filter bag life，solved the problem of open air placement and low pressure of compressed air source, today, it is widely used in the purification of dusty gas and the recovery of materials in mining, metallurgy, building materials and other industries.

Applicable materials

Scope of application

Pulse bag dust collector is widely used in the centralized treatment and purification of smoke and dust in mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry and other industries.

Internal Structure

It is mainly composed of components such as the upper box , the ash bucket, the pulse clearing s ystem, the filter bag, the skeleton of the filter bag, the inlet air outlet, and the gray removal device.

1、The airflow resistance is small

The inlet and outlet air ducts are compactly arranged, and the airflow resistance is small.

2、High dust removal efficiency

Adopt the pulse jet dust cleaning technology of chamber-stop wind, high dust removal efficiency, effectively prolonging the cleaning cycle, in turn, the fatigue degree of filter bags and pulse valves is reduced, and the service life of filter bags and valves is improved.

3、Operation is convenient

The keel of the filter bag adopts polygonal shape, and the filter bag has a long service life; The upper bag-drawing method is adopted, and the bag changing operation is convenient.

4、AIRTIGHTNESS

The box body adopts airtight design, and the inspection door is made of high-quality sealing materials. During the production process, kerosene is used to detect leaks, and the air leakage rate is low.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Under the traction of fan power, the internal, dust removal pipes and dust cover in the dust collector form a negative pressure environment, make the dust -containing gas enter the dust collector under pressure difference, the airflow is filtered by the dust removal filter bag, and the dust is left on the surface of the bag, input pulse signals regularly through the PLC controller to enter the pulse valve, the high -pressure air of the compressed gas will be blew on the dust on the surface of the filter bag and collect it in the ash accumulation to achieve the purpose of recycling the dust, the clean gas after treatment was discharged from the chimney through the dusty fan.
